Hy-Lond Health Care is located in beautiful Merced, CA, the Gateway to Yosemite.  We specialize in short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services to enhance recovery so our residents can return home quickly.  Our therapy team utilizes cutting edge technology and equipment to speed up the recovery process, along with 60 years of experience in therapy services.  Our facility is located in northwest Merced, close to shopping, the University of California at Merced, and only one hour from majestic Yosemite National Park.

Hy-Lond Health Care offers a newly remodeled physical plant and a long-established staff ready to meet your individual needs.  Our cozy fireplace room provides a warm and welcoming environment where families can visit in a home like atmosphere.  Activities are developed by and for the residents, including many fun and interesting outings, as well as monthly candlelight dinners or barbeques for the enjoyment of our residents and their families.  We strive to meet the needs of our residents with specialized care plans for nursing and therapy, and a dietary department that caters to individual preferences.
